RS6 Reps 18"x8.5" Tires

I have a set o RS6 reps- 18"x 8.5".

Whats the "proper" tires for these to fit on my 2002 A4 with a sport suspension from a 2007? Right now there is a set of worn 225/40/18's on them which don't rub but are stretched a bit.
