Hey guys,

We are very excited to share this kit with everyone. We have been doing timing belts since the inception of R.A.I., and have seen the dangers of having parts of the timing system fail. There have been improvements on the timing belts, and even Audi had to come in and revise parts to prevent failures. We then created the R.A.I. Kevlar Timing Belt to further prevent failures. The Integrated Engineering Kit compliments our belt well, and gives people a cheaper and easier way to do timing belts consistently without failure.

This kit comes with everything needed to completely delete the hydraulic tensioner that is known to leak, and replaces it with a mechanical unit. This means less variance in the tension, and better peace of mind that you'll get the specified belt life you want. Here it is installed on a 1.8T to show you how easy timing belts can be with this kit

does the tension need to be checked at a certain interval?
will it increase the timing belt replacement interval?
what parts would need to be replaced during every timing belt replacement?
