i just did this on my b7 a4, used some checkered suede, its pretty thick so the pillars were a no go. also make sure you get a good clue that will tack and dry faster than most fabric glues or u wil have to wait to put in the headliner, maybe it was just me because of the suede. anywho i used about 3 yards for the headliner. and another two yards for the shade and other various things, hope this helps, good luck. I think three yards gets everything done, IIRC. I've always bought 5 yards, just in case

I just finished wrapping mine. I ordered 3 yards and I have a bit left over but not enough for another major surface. I wrapped the headliner, sunroof panel, A pillars, and C pillars.

i wrapped mine but the material igot is not holding, first time i used a spray adhesiive which just seemed to tack up and never dry, shortly after i installed the headliner started to sag. then i got the reccomeded DAP weldwood glue, i brushed it on and by the time i had coved the headliner in it it had completely dried! the sun shade came out great but nothing seems to hold this heavy suede [down] i dont have time to redo. but what are you guys using for glue, its sagging now but underneath is a glue covered mess

I used 3M 90 adhesive spray the last time I did my headliner but this time I bought some 3M 80 because I wanted to redo some of the weather stripping.. I would definitely recommend the 90 over the 80 though I feel like I got much better results the last time I wrapped my headliner [My old Jetta :-( ]
