Hey guys I was wondering if there is a DIY on how to swap the seat cushions from the manual seats to the powered seats? I have a nice set of manual seats, my power seats look like crap, and I don't want to give up the power..

I assume you are talking about the ripped skin?

I did it for my girl's A4. It was actually a power passenger seat I swap the skin over to her manual driver side seat. The bull rings are a complete pain to get out. I used zip ties to hold the seat skin down to the pad. Looks factory. The swap is straight forward other than peeling back the heated seat elements.

Unbolt the backrest from the butt cushion. You will see several bullrings holding the upholstery to the seat frame. Clip them and pull it apart.
