If you're still a little unsure, there is a bunch of info in this post and on our individual product pages that will give you an idea of how everything works.

Email me at matt@ocarbon.com if you've got any questions.

Cores:

You can either send your trim to us first to be wrapped or provide a core deposit so you can keep your trim until a carbon fiber set is made for you. Core deposit for the B5 is $200. The amount of the core deposit can be found on the individual product pages. It is a refundable deposit provided to us in lieu of sending your trim to us first. After you install your carbon fiber trim and return your original core trim to us, your core deposit is refunded in full. A core or a deposit is required at the time of payment to secure a set of trim.

Availablity:

Almost everything we manufacture is custom made to order. Since everything is done by hand, it requires a significant amount of time from the start to completion. Factor in that resin and clearcoat need time to cure properly and it can take several weeks to a finished product. Current wait time after making an order is about 3-4 weeks, however, it may take a little longer depending on how much demand there is for this group buy. It is advised that if you are pressed for time or need your set in a hurry that you not participate in this group buy. So please bear in mind that 3-4 weeks is just an estimate.

Ready to sign up?

Fill out the form on our group buy page, and your name will be added to the list. I'm confident we can reach 10 buyers and get the full discount.

Still have questions?

You can send an email directly to me at matt@ocarbon.com or fill out our contact form here (http://ocarbon.com/contact). Both of these methods will get you the fastest response, usually I can return your email within a few hours.

PM is an option as well, but I probably won't respond to you ask quickly as I would to an email.

You can also call the shop at 623.239.1500, however I'm usually making parts for the majority of the day and am not always at my desk to answer the phone. If you do need to speak by phone, make sure you leave a voicemail along with your phone number and a good time to call you back.

Due to some problems at the shop (http://ocarbon.com/blog/2010/07/a-few-setbacks-at-the-shop-recently/) I haven't been able to answer the phone for a week and haven't been very quick about answering emails.

I'm extending the group buy until next week. We just need 2 more to hit the 10 mark (I can take a few more than 10 people, but not many).

I'll start working on all the paid orders on Tuesday
