When i bought my car it didnt come with a front license plate bracket. I made something up but would rather have a real one. Anyone have one i could buy, or know where i could get one, besides from audi?

Click here for a new bracket (http://www.ecstuning.com/Audi-B5_A4-Quattro-1.8T/Exterior/Body/Bumper/ES248903/?salesrep=CArmbruster&utm_source=audizine&utm_medium=forum&utm_content=CArmbruster&utm_campaign=postreply). They are actually hard to come buy at wrecking yards.

I have a used front license bracket that is in good condition. Will let go for $50 if you're interested. The only problem is that it does not come with the screws. PM me if you're interested and I can send you pics.

I'm afraid not. There aren't as many options for these things now that the B5 is older.

Another alternative would be to glue some magnets (I can not recall the website, but I can search for it later) that are stronger than earth magnets behind the bumper. Then you can purchase some cheap bracket that would accomodate and glue the other side of the magnets to the bracket. With this route, there will be no drilling of the bumper and you could remove the plate whenever you choose (with a clean bumper underneathe). I was shown a website with some really strong magnets (I think it was AZ member somebody5788) that would make this more than a cheap DIY project that very much could end up better than an OEM bracket can. Just throwing that one out there.

I'd like an email too. I've been looking for an alternative to front and center mounts. Right now zip ties don't cut it.
