Midway through development of our long anticipated B6 A4 1.8t turbo system, we lucked out and found PSI Concepts. After multiple conversations with the owner Jeff Lee, I was very anxious to get a unit to test myself. With the limited offerings currently on the market for the longitudinal 1.8t, this manifold fills a very big void. Most available manifolds put cost of production first and performance and quality second. The PSI Concepts manifold puts performance first. This is obvious with two key components when talking about manifold design. First is maintaining pulse energy to the turbocharger. As you can see in the photos below, this manifold isolates the runners tightly to the point of the collector. The next important part of turbo manifold design is wastegate priority. Again this is demonstrated in the photos below. Soon we will have our kit fully released with all the components needed to successfully utilize this industry leading design. After some begging and pleading with Jeff, we have been authorized to sell this manifold for 20% off list price!!! So all of you looking to do a big turbo soon, I highly recommend grabbing one of these while this offer is on the table. Our pressure pipe, draw pipe, line kit, and downpipe (designed to work with oem and aftermarket exhaust by replacing the cat only!) will be available for purchase in two weeks!! now onto the the photos..

List price $499
Sale price $399

HTA30R [evilsmile]

So really a 35r since the HTA30r uses the gt35r compressor housing?

Quality looks top notch on this one, great job guys!

Well they do but the 30R usually comes with the 2" outlet, that works, but the 35R .70 2.5" outlet does not

How long will this sale be going on for? And not to be that guy, but the wastegate location due to the flange is rather close to the rail. Or is it just me? Either way, I am def interested in this manifold. I PM'd him a while ago and he showed me the manifold. Nice to see it is now in production. And how much are you guys (R.A.I.) selling the dp associated for this manifold for? I would require a 250cell HFC in the dp, due to emission purposes (visible cat need for inspection). You can PM me some or all of this information if you don't feel like posting it. Or not[cool]. Thanks Clint!

Edit: Also, I plan on running an internal wastegated turbo. So, in the future if I ever upgrade with this same manifold, can I bring my car to your shop to have you guys change up the dp by doing a wg reroute (I am not a big fan of loud). Also, will this mani fit a Precision 5557 or 5857?

The sale time is not set in stone, but it won't be for too long! it's just you about the wastegate placement, there is much more space there than you would think.

Not sure about the turbo kit components, as we have not finished all the pieces yet.

Yea you could always come here for some fabrication, and not sure about the precisions, the 5557 would probably fit but not the 5857

The pics are very decieving about space with the wastegate, but I will just take your word for it[cool]. But I am interested in this manifold. I was planning on getting the SPA t25 and doing a disco potatoe, but I will just get this mani and do the T3 GT2860RS with block off plate. But I asked the previous questions because I would like to keep this mani when I upgrade down the road. Please get an ETA of when the mani will no longer be for sale at the intro price, so I can purchase before it closes. Thanks!

Edit: Yeah Clint, I am def going to order this mani. Please PM me price shipped to 12550 and when you need to have payment by. Also, will there be any fitmant issues throwing an HKS mushroom filter on the compressor (MAFLess tune). I will more than likely be throwing a GT2860RS on there (stock engine). Thanks!
