Here is my (the wife's) avant - we've had it since mother's day (her mom's day present). So far I've replaced the front lower spring perches to get rid of some of that negative rake; 17.5mm ECS spacers for the rears and APR flash; license plate delete.

The front wheel is turned out slightly so the front does look a little raised in these pics. It is approximately four finger spaces all around. Before replacing the front spring perches, the front wheel gap was five finger spaces.

These rims and these mods will do for now - I got an A3 (my daily driver) that gets first dibs on rims and other mod goodies. The avant will stay this way for awhile.

I'm ok just the way it is - when the car is repainted then maybe.

Can't - it's the wife's and it's our go anywhere do anything car - so it's gonna stay 4x4. It will get 18's plus KW Street Comfort CO's later.
However, my A3 will look something like this set up (VMR V718 ):

My A3 currently:

Just as a heads up, that's actually a custom set up of our VB3's on the shop TT! [:)]

^^My bad^^ I knew those were VB3's but I was too lazy to edit my post. I am planning to order the V718's in gunmetal - just waiting to save up enough pennies for wheels and tires.

Hopefully by this time next year I'll be posting more pics of the A3 - I'm waiting to get the wheels (VMR V718 gunmetal) and a few more appearance mods. So far I have Cupra R lip (will be painted flat black), OSIR V2 sideskirts - I just need to purchase the S3 lower bumper and valance and S3 mirror caps. But in the meantime, I guess I'll post a couple more:

that is one nice a3. its amazing what a quality drop can do for audi's stock wheels. you cant say that for too many other motor companies.

thanks. spacers do wonders also - the A3 has 12.5mm up front and 17.5mm rear. I used to hate these rims until I got the drop.
