So I just got my test pipe installed with 02 spacer and everything was fine when I started it up and drove around for a while. I drove to my parents house (about 40 miles). Turned the car off and hung out for a bit and when I got back in the car to leave I had a CEL.....Anyone got any ideas as to why?

because the spacer doesn't always fix the cel. its not a guarantee that it will work. try one more spacer. if that doesn't work, get used to the cel. apr flash gets rid of it. revo is iffy at best.

I'm currently using an angled spacer. Should I use a straight spacer like the one 034 sells?

no the angled spacer is better.

Does GIAC not have a cat-delete file?

GIAC does not have a cat delete file like APR.
I learned to deal with the CEL.
I have a custom 90 degree spacer on mine and i currently don't have a CEL for it, but it comes and goes.

Oddly enough, backed out of the garage to wash the car...and, voila! no CEL.....I did reposition the 02 sensor spacer, I don't know if this fixed the problem or if it's just a coincidence. Either way, now onward to enjoying the test pipe.

Thanks for the input all!

I'm not going to get upset with the car for 'working'...lol.....CEL is gone for now, so I'm happy.
