Yes I searched, no I didn't find anything helpful.

OK, here's what's happening. After the car is warmed up, or after I turn it off and back on again. The car will stick at 10psi unless I run it to red line, then it will shoot up to 18-20psi depending on what gear I am in.

My first thought is that it might be the DV getting stuck. I have had the Forge in for a little over a year without re-lubing it. Just trying to see if anyone else has came across this issue so I can confirm my suspicions, or point me in the right direction.

Thanks AZ

Seems to me the Forge valve on our 2.0T has more problems then it's worth.
Take it off and use it as a paper weight and put on the OEM D valve.

You need to relube the Forge DV?

Mine will do that every now and then too, but only when the car has been sitting outside and its has been really cold. It normally stops when the car is warmed up though.

You see that's the problem, mine does the exact opposite. It sticks after the car has warmed up. It probably doesn't help that I live in HOT ASS weather either.

I don't know how many of you did their own installs on the Forge DV but I was horrified when I saw how it actually worked. Those vacuum lines are so pointless when you have a computer that can tell you when to open. OEM valve wins here imo. Not to mention the study that was posted showing the time lag the forge has in opening vs oem.
