hey guys I just noticed some backfire and loss of power after 3500 rpm I got a vmr tp apr stg 1 carbonio intake and forge dv has anyone
encountered similar problems???????

Check the DV to make sure it's not at fault, if it's deemed okay (or even throw back the stock DV as long as it's in good shape), maybe fueling issue? If you're able to go back to stock mode, do you have the same issue with loss of power at higher RPM?

fuel pump....are you running on any hpfp? Check the 0-ring seals at the piston...you could be leaking fuel from the fuel pump into the engine..

Backfire or misfire? If it is a misfire then coil packs could be a possible cause. And they are covered by a recall so getting them replaced should be easy.

I would be willing to bet, misfire.
Op, take it to autozone and scan for codes.

well I did take my car to the dealer to replace the coils because of a recall on them so I will check that out for sure..
