All,
Car just got a handful of goodies put on, and trying to sort out what I think may be a consequence of stage2+ and single mass flywheel. I know some people have reported vibration/shuddering after a flash under high load/low rpm conditions.

On the first drive, 3rd gear at around 2000 when it starts to build boost there is a significant rumble/vibration through the car and then is gone by 2200sh+ and away she goes, all the way without any other issues to speak of. Only under heavy load/high boost and low rpm 2000-2200 window it gives off a hell of a vibration which feels much like it does if one were to lug a car along in 4th at 5mph. This is only an issue for me as I tend to "lug" the car a bit and shift at 2500 which puts it right back in the initial boost building stage.

Seems to be the same thing newly chipped people feel as it hits boost on certain b6's and b7's.

There are no other drivetrain vibrations to speak of and revs to redline smoother than ever. Hopefully others have experienced this. I

Edit, more reading suggests this may go away or be dimished after break in, and clamping power is available.

i have the same exact problem. sounds like im going over a rumble strip at around 2800rpm in the higher gears. its the driveshaft thats vibrating due to the huge torque load. there is a huge thread on this in the b6 forums. so far there is nothing we can do about it but live with it.
