Buying B7 A4 ?

So im currently looking for a new all-year car to replace my Opel Astra 1.6 ( I don't know if it's named anything else in the US either Vauxhall or Chevy) anyway I found a B7 A4 for a very good price, almost to good, thats whats bothering me. He wants 60 000 SEK for it and thats about 7000$ I don't know about US prices but here thats a pretty good price. I was wondering if there is any common problems problems with the B7 that I should look for if I go and take a look at it ? I'll try my best to translate the AD, here we go:

im not sure man.. at that price i'd see if you could take it to a mechanic and get the general engine condition checked along with the cam follower and the coil packs
