Got gas then (2) CEL's came on....

So I filled up the gas tank and then as soon as I cranked the car the check engine light came on. I passed a Advanced Auto on my way home so I stopped in to have the code read. They said it was throwing 2 codes.

P0642 - Sensor A reference voltage circuit low
P2004 - intake manifold runner stuck open control bank 1

What do these mean? Any information would be appreciated.

P2004 - common issue, the controller for the intake manifold stops working properly, so the flaps are completely opened. Not really a big issue, the flaps are partially closed at idle or light load to help improve emissions/fuel efficiency. Usually the dealer will reflash the ECU to fix this (which they did to my car) but the problem came back and the controller was replaced twice (first one was a dud but they noticed it and replaced it with another controller before I picked up the car). The P0642 could be related to the P2004 code.

Looked up my past service invoice, part number 06F 133 482 replaced.
