I recently got myself into a CPO '07 A4 2.0TQ with Nav and convenience package, which includes rain sensing wipers among other things. They don't work, and I took the car in to Audi of Fairfield, but this will *not* be covered by warranty since it is the previous owner's fault that the glass was changed improperly, and therefore now my fault. It even missing some of the parts of the sensor itself. Now I have a car that doesn't actually have rain sensing wipers...even though the sticker from the window says it does. I'm trying to avoid going all the way back to my dealer in Nashua, NH (about 3 hours one way), especially since the service department is usually only open when I'm stuck here working - isn't that the point of buying a car that's certified? I also asked them about my headlights (the bi-xenons) being on all the time, regardless of day or night time when on the auto setting, and they assured me it is the DRL's (once again, it is not). UGH.

Any one have any good dealers they know of that aren't going to give me the typical BS? I haven't even reached the CPO warranty, I am still under the factory. [:/]

I have inquired with Audi Corporate and they will "let me know in a few days, but cannot guarantee anything for financial assistance..." [>_>]

I would try posting this in the Regional Northeast Forum, you might have better luck at finding a good dealer out by you i you check there.

it a lil bit of a drive but in east hartford Hoffamn audi... i have had nothing but good experience with my service rep. i recently had my cpo run out and they did my fuel pump and checked the cam and follower upon my request... replaced everything.

they never questioned me on anything.. i just rolled up there and had my chip turned off and they took care of me... always a loaner if i called first and if they were only suppsed to have my car for a day and it took longer they would set me up with my nearest enterprise all on them.

if you want to travel to long island it shouldnt be too long by ferry. Go to Anchor Audi they are also a performance parts dealer so they know what their doing. Ask for jackie at service or if you speak to the dealership themselves ask for Mark burro he is the manager. Tell them Nick Rizzo reffered you and if they dont have an answer im not sure who would.
Good Luck

If you don't want to go to Hartford Hoffman, I've had good luck at the New London Hoffman. I had to do an emergency repair at Audi of Ffld and won't ever go back there.
