Wow! You're the first I've heard who's worn them out... How many miles do you have on them? Were the bushings torqued under load at ride-height their entire life?
I beleive the ball joints can come out after removing the snap-ring. I think the rear bushings need to be pressed out (new ones pressed in). Let me know how it goes...when I talked to stern a few months ago, they said no-one had ever bought/needed a re-freshening kit yet. Let us know how it goes [up]

thanks for the replay Koolade9, The thing is that I don't now if is the ball joint or the bushings, but what I notice is a "kliking noise" since I got'em put on. So I need to chek'em out and I was watching some videos on Youtube to how to check'em to see if the ball joint is busted. but as soon I'll get'em check, I will post the results. Thanks again.

if you don't already have hella-miles on em, it's probably not the bushing... if you're getting issues, it can be a variety of things causing a clunk...

Hi koolade9
I check the arms and I notice that onthe driver side the rear arm, the bushing is like 1/16 out of the arm compared to the front one and the ones on the passenger side and it looks like is hiting the mount. I 'm going to post a video on youtube soon so you can see it and see if it was a wrong instalation or a defective one.

Yeah, let us know how you proceed.
I've had a whine on the driver's side after a couple of months from the date of installation. Now I just hear some weird noise at full lock. It might be completely unrelated.
I'm more concerned about the spherical joint not being sealed.

I have a clicking sound also, it's roughly a little over a year old since installation of the arms. Did you find a solution for this?

There's a "clunk" at full lock that can occur for a variety of reasons (power steering, top strut nut, front swaybar, broken control arm bushings), but if you're referring to a bit of a quick groan when at full lock, I had this when my sterns were on my A4 after about a year or so and 25k miles. When I pulled them off to move them to the RS, the groan disappeared, and made me question if there was material near the ball joint area causing this. It can get kinda dirty on the exposed ball-joint ends and I try to clean them whenever I have the wheels off... Just my $.02 [up]

Looks like the OEM bushing is spinning in the aluminum arm. Did they send you a new arm?
