UPDATE

Finally got the focus issue figured out. Pics taken about 50 Ft from the wall and woaw.
Second picture is in Low Beam.
Next steps, I will modify the internal headlight fairings to fit the new position. More pics to come once installed on the car

Hi Guys,

While I am waiting for some LED strips to dry, I played a little with an OEM Bi-Xenon main beam.
On the same projector, I have installed: US lens (horizontal line), Euro lens (no line), and I finally modified a TSX water clear lens. Keep in mind that I was holding the projector in one hand while taking the picture with the other, so disregard any pattern details, the beam was not level. I just did that to give you an idea and let you be the judge

US LENS

EURO LENS

TSX LENS

The TSX lens focus distance between the bulb and the lens is less than OEM, I need now to figure out how to modify the lens support. If the process is easy, I might post a DIY
Stay tuned

I'm still in the process of finding the right spacing for my clear lens. I'll let you know if I find anything that could be of help.

Thank you.
I have the correct value (26mm). I should be done modifying the support tomorrow

Phil, you can also take off the OEM shield and make your own and space the shield with washers, it might be easier than moding the lens holder. just my $0.02 from experience.

Well, I thought I was done but I need more brainstorm:

Since the TSX needs to be much closer to the bulb compared to the OEM, I shorten the lens support legs. By doing so, now, I can't clip back ON the chrome housing
Need more time to find another way. I looked into shimming the flap and you really can't because there is not enough room to slide it forward

Guess you need to try airborneriflema's method.
