Mine still works, 2.0TQ. But after driving various BMW and MB cars I noticed their clutches are allot easier to put into 1st gear for example. I find the A4 clutch to be a pain in the ass to balance off to a smooth start.

What are my options for a better clutch? Can you use an RS4 or S4 clutch in a 2.0T?

Forgive me, I have little knowledge on the subject, any insight would be most helpful.

My B7 is the first and only MT car I've driven, so I don't really have a good point of reference, but once I got used to it I don't think it's so bad. It just takes a fair bit of practice and getting used to. From what others have said, the Audi clutch certainly seems to require more finesse than other cars. I'd say you should pass on putting in a new clutch if there's nothing mechanically wrong with your current one.
