P0089 code, need Local Vag-com

I got my car fixed from having a code of P0442 which was the purge Valve the whole dang time. That is corrected, and now as of this month I'm starting to pull a P0089 code and haven't figured out what it is. Today I'll be doing my Oil change and Fuel Filter.

What I want to know is there a person in San Diego that I can meet up to use the Vag-com. I'll give you like $20 for your time.

P0089 Fuel Pressure Regulator

Prerequisites:

* Ignition ON
* Engine ON (Idle)
* System voltage at least 11.0 V.
* Coolant Temperature at least 80 °C

[Meas. Blocks - 08]
Group 103
[Go!]
Field 1: Fuel Pressure (Low), Specification: 2800...7200 mbar
Field 2: Fuel Pump Adaptation, Specification: -1000...+1000 %

Group 140

Field 3: Fuel Rail Pressure (High), Specification: 25.0...110.0 bar
Increase the Engine Speed while checking this value, the Pressure has to rise with the Engine Speed.

Group 230

Field 1: Specified Fuel Rail Pressure (High)
Field 2: Actual Fuel Rail Pressure (High), Specification: 25.0...110.0 bar
Field 3: Deviation between specified and actual fuel pressure, Specification: max. 5.0 bar

yeah so I decided I will take my car to La Jolla Auto Tech.... people tell me its a TSB, but when your not covered under warranty.. GOOD LUCK.... taking to the best affordable shop I know.

they fixed my purge valve that I investigated over 3month period.


Also, I don't mind people e-mailing me or giving me a PM about any questions on our 2.0TL, i've gone through 80% of the common issues and fixed it. From Coilpacks, Manifold Flap, Purge Valve, and other issues. Feel free to contact me regarding your vehicle.
