It has been a bitter-sweet week for me as I made a great deal on a 2002 S4 in need of some work but at the same time this is forcing me to sell my favorite car of all times. I have had this car for over a year now. I bought it completely stock with 166k miles in excellent condition. The previous owner had it for a few years since the car had 100k miles in 2000 or so. I am the third owner of the car and I bought it as my weekend car to go to Tahoe snowboarding. I upgraded and replaced everything on this car in the past one year, starting with the Timing belt, water pump, thermostat, all other belts, hoses and brakes as they were due for changing.
The previous owner had a brand new head installed by the dealership when the timing belt broke at 100k miles. I have the receipt for it, $3300 for the head and labor from the dealership.
I have TONS of receipts for all the work done on the car, there is a whole binder with receipts for every service done to it in the last several years.
I have added all of my receipts for the parts and services I have had done to it as well. Whoever buys this car will get a full binder with more than 50 receipts for this car so you know what has been done to it and at what time. Not much is left as everything has been replaced at some point. Over $20,000 in receipts!!! Most parts/services have been done at 034 Motorsport, including dyno tuning, fuel pump installation, turbo/exhaust manifold installation and routine inspections. The car hasn't been on the dyno since the new coils and plugs were installed, which caused misfires last time it was on the dyno. It still made over 250awhp and over 260tq. I have the dyno sheet.

Keep in mind that a lot of the modifications I have installed myself so add that to the total if a shop did some of this work.

This car is truly in excellent shape and has always been well taken care of to the smallest detail. I babied this car every day and kept in the garage instead of my Infiniti G35, that’s how much I babied it.
I have always wanted to own an S4 and now when I had the chance I took it and unfortunately I can’t fit a total of 4 cars in front of my house.
Those who know me are very familiar with how much work I have put into this car and how good it looks in person.

Please look at the list of upgrades I have done to the car in the last one year and like I said, I have receipts for most if not all of them.

• Oil temp gauge on the cluster doesn't work. I think it's just the sensor.
• Needs the snub mount replaced, there is a little play in the drive-train because of it. I am including a brand new Poly snub mount with the car. Easy fix and not urgent.

• A spare used working MAF sensor
• Stock Intercooler with all stock hoses

Still available.
Someone is possibly coming from Colorado to pick it up on Friday, still have to confirm so unless that happens it is still up for grabs.
Somebody must want a fully modded and maintained A4 that can beat a stock or stage 1 S4, and keep up with a Stage 2. I am open to offers, guys.
