Help re-placing a small plastic piece... :-/

Dear Gentlemen,

Hope everyone is fine.

Took my car to service (actually, reparation of a small crash), and last night opened the right rear door, and suddenly a small black plastic piece fell of from nowhere... I haven't been able to find out the place where it belongs.... and I've looked around, believe me!!!

The piece part number shows:

8E0 853 589-L
01C Germany TBO
SII>ASA<4

Tried to take a couple of pictures but is not working much...

Anyone who can help me re-placing the piece???

Taking it back to service means a couple of hours of time I don't have these days........ at the very least....

Please help!

It is on the outer side of the B-pillar, where the front door ends, and where the rear door starts...
