Hey guys, I purchased my A4 just 3 weeks ago and finally got the chance to take some pictures. I am loving every moment and can't wait to put some springs on it, and a few other little things [:)]

very nice. sport package, right?

i'd wait on the springs and go for the tipchip (regardless) and an ecu chip if you've got the 1.8t.

go here for both:

<edit> and if you ever get new wheels, i would be interested in your 17's...

I wish I had the 01 AudiSport steering wheel instead of my 00 AudiSPort.

Hey guys, I guess I should have added more info, sorry, The car its self is a 2001 2.8, purchased from the dealer and is completely stock. It came with the sport package, which I am pretty sure includes the rims, susp. and steering wheel. Thanks for the warm welcome and am looking forward to many tuning days,

They look like the 17 inch Audi 01.5 celibration package rims....

Hey Joe, you think you have it bad, you should see my steering wheel. Looks like it came out of a '89 Corolla! Ugliest thing ever, but I can't bring myself to invest $500+ for a steering wheel upgrade (the air bag is a pricey part).

Welcome turbow8, your car looks great, even before you started modding it. This is what mine looked like when I bought it!!!!!:

DDQ - after seeing your stock ride, i'm still wondering who the genius was at Audi that decided those 15's were the best choice. Those have to be the worst stockers...

like the s4 wheels. nice improvement.

Welcome! Looks like my car, but mine is a 1.8T manual tranny. Got mine about almost two months ago (also a Certified Pre-Owned) and just love it.

Congrats!

I hear ya. The funny thing is that they were also on the old A6 (the OLD model). They were pathetic. No clue what they were thinking. They're kind of funny though. I had my car lowered for about 2 months with them still on, it was an interesting look. The meat on the tires was about as big as the rim. Lots of cushin compared to what I have now.

Nice car turbow8! You are luck to have the 2001 model since its the newest A4 with the most recent available options and features without going to the B6 platform. In my opinon, those wheels are worth keepin'! [cool]

Looks great! Welcome to the 'Zine.

Also, be aware that the celebrations have been known to be soft. There's been countless people on AW that have bent a celebration or two...

pssssst.

btw jones, i thought you were real sly w/ knowing it was a 2.8 but then i rememberd the window trim.

and jmg, i dont think your interior would look as clean if it wasnt exactly the way it is...

at least you dont have the old school 4 point steering wheel like me :-\

True, I've done one of mine in.
Love the wheel, but you do have to be careful.

Leather, wood grain, chrome window as said above.

I agree with this guy. I just spent a bazillion dollars on motor mods, and i'm considering just buying some smoked lighting all around and keepin the sleeper look with a small drop in ride height. I thought they might look nice powder coated a bronze color.
