hmmm.. to clarify... you are seeing the peak boost hit at 20 psi, then as the rpms increase; the boost surges?

I had that issue with the K03 it turned out to be a tear in one of the boost hoses. I would check for a boost leak.

Will do that as soon as i can. I mean i know what a boost leak sounds like, and know what it is. Have had bad ones before. Im going to check my lower hose that goes from Turbo to DV and back around.

Its just messed and i think it might have someting to do with installing a testpipe?

2.5" test pipe won't cause this to happen.

yeah its more than likely a boost leak. check the "check valves" too. i have them cracking and popping like crazy.

car is good. hoping to take to the track in the next few weeks. Installing a new FMIC here shortly as well (after i have a MAP sensor bung welded in place). i hope to break a 12 sec run early this year. we will see...

smoke test is a way of testing/finding where your boost leaks are. im not sure where they hook it up (maybe at your MAf) but it a good idea if you think you have a leak & can make the boost leak tester yourself
