Hello everyone,

quick intro on my car:

Audi A4 B7 Avant V6 2.5Tdi
S-Line
Halogeen lamps
17" split 5 spoke wheel 235/45/R17
Alcantera sport seats
Privacy glass
etc

Reading through several tutorials I want to upgrade my lights to bi-xenon WITH kufatec leveling harness. Just found and bought some OEM bi-xenon headlights with ballast and lightbulbs.

With this project I also want to introduce DRL auto-light-switch and CH/LH. Unfortunatly my car doesn't have the light/rain sensor NOR windshield for it. Is there a way to build in a lightsensor (aftermarket) that is compatible with the OEM audi coding (so no external CH/LH system) that would do the trick? I do not wish to replace my windscreen + rearview mirror for this function. I have seen other businesses selling a CH/LH system, but would like to add as little non-OEM parts as possible.

Thank you for your advice. Once I have the parts complete (and a bit of spare time) I will do my best to make a detailed report (with pictures) of my rebuild (retro-fit)

Jacco
