we all go through the 'make the car look fast' instead of 'making it actually fast' phase, good luck with your car, do a couple of power mods, its not that hard.
srsly

yeah, im probably gonna get it chipped when i get the bills. but right now im looking to get a suspension. cuz its non s-line. completely base too. so it has like a 2 inch wheel gap in the front and 1 inch in the back.

congrats man. I'd go with the non-performance mods first as well. With more power comes more temptation and I wouldn't want to get into any kind of trouble.

Congrats DocJ! I remember my first car (not sure if this is your first), a 1970 Mustang. It was a heap but I loved it. Now I'm driving the a4; took me 15 years to climb the social ladder enough to buy a high mileage used one. Enjoy it for all it's worth, but please take care of her and don't take her for granted. Some of us have worked all our lives to own one.
yeah dude, im def gonna take great care of this car. first thing i did was clean it, then waxed. im gonna change the fluids soon too. but its still under warranty...for like 3 more months.

How many miles are on it?
barely any, like 22k. but i have to pay for all the maintenance. so like carbon build and if i have cam follower issues etc...

Damn thats good. Well do you have a job because carbon buildup cleaning/servicing isnt cheap... Cam follower is pretty affordable lol.

Nice Dad lol, congrats. I don't know how comfortable you are with DIY'ing, but it'll cost you much less to take care of most of the maintenance yourself rather than paying someone to do it. We have a bunch of maintenance service kits for the B7, plus we're local, so you can save on shipping.
And throw some coilovers on there already! We should have our next order of Stasis Streetsports in stock shortly if that's of interest to you.

Good for you bro! I remember doing the first jobs on my first car, an 87 Mazda 626, lol. Replaced the starter, installed some sway bar end links, wired up some PIAA foglights back when those were cool. Also did all the maintenance. You learn so much by doing yourself. But remember the margin for error on the Audi might be smaller, so be sure to do some research and follow the DIYs here so you don't mess something up that will cost you some $ to put right.
Have fun!
