so when i take out the headlight i have to heat it first correct? in order to take it apart or whatever. what about putting it back together and sealing the light? how is that process done so i won't get any condensation in the light or any leaks or shaking? thanks

Yes, heat the seam again once you've put the lens and clips back on to soften the glue.

I highly recommend following Phil's DIY below, especially the part about using the heat gun instead of the oven. Worked like a charm for me and I've not no condensation 6 months+ later.
