New to the A4, got some LED bulbs, and I cant figure out how to install them, lol.

I searched and came up with this: http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php?246675-ZiZa-LED-City-Lights-Quick-DIY-%28w-pics%29&highlight=replace%20city%20light but the pics arent working.

I have an S-Line with Bi-Xenons, any info?

Thanks

Just pop off the cover on the side of the housing and reach in and pull the "burnt orange" wire until the bulb pops out. It might feel like it's not coming loose, but be patient and keep pulling. Good luck, hope this helped!

I think I saw the cover, is there a latch or anything? I pulled on it a bit but nothing happened. Also there's an air filter on the passenger side, does that need to be removed?

Yes, a part of the air filter needs to be removed. Just remove the two screws near the hood latch and pull the piece off. As for the covers on the headlight housing, all you need to do is push down on the one piece and it should pop right off.

Alright, so I attempted to get the old bulbs out, and couldn't..

I found 2 wires.. Brown (1) and Yellow (2)
I'm assuming you meant the brown one, as it is more burnt orange, than yellow is.. but the brown looked too small to fit a bulb in.

I also pulled very hard, wiggled them, and used pliers until I thought I was going to rip the wire... does anyone have any more suggestions??

Thanks

It's the burnt orange wire, and it definitely takes some manpower to come loose. Just keep pulling it and it will eventually pop out. I pulled hard as hell on mine and it held up, so you should be fine.

So it's one of the two I have circled there? The brown wire?

Yes, the 'orange/brown' wire, not the yellow one.

when you start pulling you should notice that you can wiggle the city light a little bit....if you have smaller hands (or access to someone that does)
get in there and pull closer to the base of the bulb itself. Otherwise it looks like it's off with the bumper and off with the housings and then heatgun them
take off the covers and do it that way. ALthough if you're doing that you might as well C/C them and/or send them to Phil

pull it out like this. you will need a small mirror and a set of fishing pliers.[wrench]

that looks different than what I saw... I saw 1 wire each going into a black housing..

^ i think you are trying to pull the drl bulb. the city light socket is orange. you need a mirror to see it.

no its above the black one in the back of the housing. again, you cant see it unless you (a) have a tiny head and can stick it into your engine bay or (b) have a mirror
