I work at a VW dealership and I can get some sort of discount for my car.

not going to mod my drivetrain for now due to the availability of parts and too much money for me.

so, i want to do the body

1 . RS4 wide body kit, which cost a bit less than $3k (still a bit expensive for me), these are aftermarket replica, not sure about fitment and I don't really like the rear bumper.

2. Keep my sline front and get the DTM rear (OEM) which costs about 1000 and i love the DTM rear bumper. don't like the front that much but I might do the lip for front later on.

what do you guys think? btw my car is bright color (imola yellow) with TI and matte black wheels. I guess DTM rear would be better?

ANYONE have installed the OEM DTM rear bumper? how is the fitment? Can I get the S4 DTM rear bumper to fit (cus i might get quad exhaust someday )?

OPinions appreciated!

DTM rear is hardly different than stock and not worth the extra money IMO. I love the DTM front but I'm a little biased. I would steer away from the RS4 Widebody. I haven't seen any with great fitment. Good luck though. I'll always be jealous of your Imola color!

LOL thanks for reply, that's what im thinking, the fitment for replica rs4 might be bad, especially changing the fenders..

DTM rear might be bigger difference for me because I have yellow/black scheme and the rear bumper for Sline+Ti is totally yellow including the valence. But DTM A4 rear doesn't look as good as DTM S4 rear because the 2 vertical bars on the valence stay too farm from each other, not sure if you know what im talking.

Would OEM DTM s4 fit btw?

I believe A4/S4 DTM is interchangeable.

I think a widebody is going to cost way more than $3k by the time all is said and done.

Yah, All the pics from the suppliers are RS4 pics, none of them actually put it on A4 for pics.

guess i ll stay away from them

I don't plan to do dtm front because i don't wanna lose my fog light. to me, dtm front and sline front is almost the same

the parts are 1600 with trunk (guess i mentioned the RS4 widebody is aftermarket replica), guess painting and installation won't take more than 1400? well, still depends on where you do it

good to know this!

anyone know the actual part number of S4 DTM rear (quad tip)? I searched and i found the part number for A4 DTM with dual tip but I want the quad tip one...
