rattle on tickover

hi just after your thoughts
1 mile of my destination after 210 mile cars starts to shake and EM flashing intermitant
my thought coil pack got the AA to scan me. misfire 1 2 3 4
but car also very noisey rattleing at around 2k revs car goes back quiet
no lights oil ok oil changed 500 mile ago
pump and strainer changed 10 k ago
any ideas thoughts

Ok I am trying to understand. You had it scanned and you are getting misfires, and you thought it was the coilpacks? Did you replace the coilpacks and still have the same issue?

the packs are not realy the issue
its the loud tapping rattleing at idle thats the problem
if i rev it up to around 2k then the noise stops and goes quiet
its like its low on oil preasure but no warning lights

Ok then maybe the PCV? Start the car and try to remove the oil cap. If it takes a lot of effort to remove it, your PCV is shot.

im running a stage 2 bsh pcv and catch can
plus the pcv failing will not make the car rattle

It can make the engine shake at idle/low RPM. But you have a catch can, so you should be ok there. Take a video/audio clip.
