ordered tein stech lowering springs need to get some input on struts

What struts would you all recommend for a B7 quattro sline with the stock sport suspension to install Tein Stech springs. will the stock struts with 35k on them be adequate or would you recommend ordering koni sport, bilstein sport, or koni fsd shocks. any input would be helpful i would like to install the struts and springs together and not have to do it again in 5k miles.

bilstein is good stuff. firm as hell tho. my friend was rocking them with h&r race on his mk4. worst daily ride ever imo.

^good to know. I think the race springs may have been the greater cause of that tho.
