I wrote a post about a week ago about some issues I had with the CPO car I picked up a few weeks ago. I won't go into the details again but my experience at the dealership today was very positive. I explained the issues that I had and they were all addressed to my satisfaction. My car is back in my hands and I am happy.
Now that is not the only thing. They went above and beyond for me today. My father was having surgery today that we found out that he would be having just yesterday. I also have a 7 week old baby at home that was up all night and my wife is exhausted. The dealership was able to get me in and on my way this morning in the loaner car, in enough time to get to the hospital when I needed to be there. When my car was done they sent a driver with my car to exchange my loaner. This allowed me to relieve my wife. This is a service my dealership provides but usually needs to be scheduled ahead of time. They were accomodating and met me when I needed them to, so that my day could go smoother. I am at home now and will be returning to see my dad shortly.
