Hey guys just wondering because ive heard mixed views from people. I wanted to get a blow off valve because the sound of the turbo when it spools is really nice but some people say its great and others say that you lose power..... HELP!

the a4's are closed system, so the diverter valve recirculates the air back into the system, not venting it atmospherically.. i wouldn't run one, i've heard problems with them.
i have a carbonio cold air intake and when i shift or left off the gas you hear the diverter valve venting air back through, so it sounds similar to a BOV. there is also the forge spacer which should give you that sound, too.

The spacer still vents does it not? You only get to choose how much to vent, minimizing the negative effects of a BOV in a closed system. Still an inappropriate mod IMHO.
