Stage 1 APR is not as impressive as the words state it is. Not much of a difference between stock and Stage 1 on B7,A4,6spd,Turbo,quattro

are you sure your running the flash file? did you get a two file tune? (stock, and stage1 flash)?go back to the place that tuned it and make sure your on the tune file not stock. common mistake. also get a boost gauge to make sure your not having problems that you dont know about

You should have noticed a rather large increase in power, something is wrong.

Give you car a few drives to get used to the new tune. Right after I got my flash I was not totally impressed with the result either till I drove it for a bit.

+1
with flash the car's adaptive throttle is reset; drive more aggressively for a couple days, it will adjust to your "style" the throttle response improves.
That said, I noticed large increase on day one.
Try this - get on a highway and throw it in 4th or 5th - notice anything different when it comes to torque at passing speeds? Insanely better!

same thing happened to me with my REVO flash. i noticed the difference the first week or two and had a blast driving it, now all of the sudden it seems like that power vanished? i just got it a little over a month ago, i have tiptronic btw

What I've noticed is that if you drive the car like a bitch, it will run like shit. I've had the same less than impressed opinion of my car for the last two months and when I finally took my own advice and started driving the balls off of it again, I love my car. It's all adaptive and will run how you "tell" it to.

Either you didn't get a flash or your butt dyno is terrible.

Mine was immediate, even better when I went to actual 93 octane.

... mine was immediate, but some take time to "set-in"

Most, if not all "chips" take a few "drive cycles" to kick in fully. Meaning start car, drive car, turn car off and let it sit. So do some small errands that don't require a lot of drive time. Get groceries, dog food, video store, etc... I believe 3-4 drive cycles is the average. There is no way that ~50 hp will go unnoticed. They either installed it wrong, or your DV is already screwed or something.

I just got my car flashed a few days ago, and I was a bit worried that when I got into my car, I wouldn't notice a difference and felt like I just wasted $500. When I got in my car, there is no way that it was going to be unnoticed. It was completely night and day for me as soon as i got in the car. I drove stock for about 8k miles and the car felt like it should. I had 2 B5 A4's with APR and after a while thought that something was wrong. I ended up having a boost leak, and once that was fixed I was back in action. I was just flashed with Revo and my next mod will be a boost gauge. I want to make sure I'm making the power that i just payed for.
