I am thinking about ordering all of the below items on Monday. All the speakers will be replaced with Focal, & 10" subs. Going with 2 amps, and the Kenwood head unit. Have you heard of any problems with this stuff below.

Problems, no, but I personally HATE Kenwood's interface. They've never been the most easy to get around interfaces. My roommate has an Excelon DDX8017 and it's the biggest pain in the ass to navigate. It took me, no shit, 30 minutes to figure out how to tune the EQ on it and I'm good at this shit. I would suggest going with a Pioneer AVIC Z110BT (since it looks like you want to go with a large screen, tiny button format) or the X920BT (if you're ok with flat buttons on the left side and slightly smaller screen). I realize Kenwood has the brand names (Parrot & Garmin), but the Pioneer is, IMHO, an overall better NAV HU.

The 8017's technology is roughly 5 years old at this stage, if not more, so that is not a fair comparison. While the unit's have a bit of a learning curve, if you're looking for out of the box tunability the dnx9140 is a much better unit than the z110.
That being said, I have a Z110 in my own car.

What about the Subs & the amps?

I was using my roommate's as an example. I'm toying with the idea of changing my D3 out for something else, so I've played with the new Kenwoods and they're still the worst interface I've ever seen.

Focal make some great speakers, but they generally need a ton of power and a fair amount of tuning to get the best out of them.
As for your amps, I can't see what those are.

The name of the amp is Mosconi 4 channel.
Can't say I've ever heard of them, but reviews are sure good.
I didn't know people still bought class AB amps. ha ha
