??- is it coming from the oil feed line on top of the turbo? if so, maybe check to see if its tight. it could need a new washer in there...

Dripping on your turbo? Or out of? Sounds like you better break your piggy bank open

if its dripping on the turbo and not from the valve cover on top down to the manifold, i would venture to bet it has to do with the turbo oil supply line.. check all around the valve cover first though

i would replace your valve cover gasket, its leaking pretty bad and casing the oil to run down on the exhaust

The pic you posted is leaning more towards the oil burning off of your exhaust, as others have stated. You should actually look at your turbo, to see if there is any oil leaking onto it. And if so, from where. But by going by your pics, you def need to replace that valve cover. I suspect the leak coming from the little half moon dip on the back of the head could be where the drip is coming from (if there is one). All that oil residue means that your valve cover is leaking.

You need to do the valve cover gasket and the cam chain tensioner gasket and half-moon seal. You need a somewhat special tool to do the second 2 items. I'm sure you could borrow it from someone on here. Here's a pic of the tool, the tensioner gasket, and the half-moon cam plug/seal:
