Can't post to classified ad - am I stupid? what am I missing>?

I am trying post a comment to someone's classified ad, where's the button to post a comment?
I know that I;ve posted to classifieds in the past.

We changed the settings so that only active members can post comments in the Classifieds, accounts that are at least 60 days old and with a minimum of 30 posts in the Forums.
