Just incase anyone is interested in installing the MTM exhaust. Here is how the install turned out. I hated the fact that all the exhausts available for the S8 stuck out so much. Looks awful IMO. I had the pipes cut almost two inches and here is the end result.

Original Install with the MTM from factory. Looked even more silly in person, like 4 rocket launchers. They were installed as sunk in as MTM would let it go (bad iphone pics) :

Install after the pipes got cut to make it more clean looking. I'm very happy with the outcome[:D] I could sink them in another 1/4", but looks pretty decent to me now. No more look at me, I have a BIG exhaust[o_o]

Looks much better, but personally I could have stuck them out a little bit more than you did. Car looks really nice. What else is in that garage? Viper, Bentley Benz-o...?

Looks Great, mtm stick out wayyy too far. They want you to be able to read the mtm logo on the exhaust tips from space.[o_o][o_o]

When they heat up, they stick out actually quite a bit still. Had to find some kind of balance. In general, I shoot for the OEM look as much as possible.

Good eye, bentley and viper in the background[:)] Couple of 430's, Phantom, AM's, the usual AMG's and Bummer's. Fun garage, lot's of eye candy. Nicest thing I've seen in here I guess is a white RR drophead.

Cheers

Thanks for the + comments.

Definitely will drop in soon. I'll bring some 85 degree bakery for you and Josh. [:D]

Any new projects cooking there?

It's actually not all that crazy sounding. On the highway, it sounds practically stock with a very slight hint of the exhaust. I'll shoot a vid up when I get a chance.
