Check for vac leaks, and the MAF. It shows that the 02 sensor is out, but i bet many other things could cause that too.

There is a leak in his evap sysyem. I am not fluent on the 2.8, but that is causing the lean codes. I would ignore the P1196 and P0134. Those look like flukes, and everything seems like it will be ok once he tracks the leak in his evap system down and fixes it.
