H&R sport or race but then you need shocks to go along with them to feel comfortable. JUST BUY COILOVERS and don't go so low and you should be fine. coils are better and it will cost you more in the long run if you go with just lowering springs
If you need some springs I have some h&R sport for FWD,PM me

First of all, what do you want the ride quality to be like? Also, how low do you want the car to be? After you answer those we should be able to point you in the right direction, but as of now there are so many on the market it would be impossible to tell what you want right away.

I still want the ride to be comfortable, Or at least semi comfortable. I have my 240 for speed and shitty ride quality. I want to get rid of the absurd gap between the fenders and the wheels. It's just wayyyy to high. I am on the sport suspension right now and don't really want to spend an arm and a leg cause I have other things I want to do to te car also. I am trying to keep the car simple, so decent wheels, a nice drop, and a good audio system.

I have the H&R race springs with the bilstein shocks. I love the quality of the ride and the responsiveness.

x2

But now I'm looking at coils to replace those and I've only had the set up since mid summer... Just do coils.

Im on sport h&r springs and stock shocks (19 in rims) its looks oem but if you dont want zero gap then get h&R race. I just bought coils to replace the springs for a more comfortable and lowered ride

That is a nice drop and you can run that with stock shocks.

The best coil spring thus far. And when you are bored, you can take them of your car and spend some leisure mtime watching how far they can go down the stairs.

Ok, I was just busting your chops. Sounds like you would be happy with Bilstein shocks and sports springs. You need to research yourself on what sport springs you want. But you def want struts to compliment them. And you should learn to come acquainted with this little guy (http://www.audizine.com/forum/search.php)[cool].
