so i dropped off my car at a body shop a week an half ago, and go pick it up today and i have a check engine light on, when i dropped it off no light was on, i come home to put my bumper on and i found a plug that was unplugged but i don't know where it plugs in so a little help would be nice, here is the plug and its by power steering and radiator

PIITB? lol, no clue nick I still think something with temperature.

mine is hanging around just like yours and no CEL because of the CEL.

But that plug does right around that area since it has almost no slack for it to move.

bump anyone, if anyone has a picture of the temperature sensor that im talking about i would really appreciate it, my thoughts r that im missing the full sensor so a pic of the sensor would be nice

It is the temp sensor, I just don't remember where it originally mounted before I did the FMIC install. Here's AWE's FMIC install guide that refers to it: PDF (http://www.awe-tuning.com/media/pdf/AWE_b7_2.0t_fmic.pdf). Hope that helps.
