Are you throwing any codes? Do a boost leak test. Could be a bad coil pack or N75 valve.

Yes, cylinder 4 misfire, I forgot the code though. Coils have been replaced once, possibly gone bad again?

A code would be helpful but considering that there's a recall on the coils, you might have a faulty one. I would just drive it to the dealer with that one. I would also insist on having all four replaced.

Could be, if they didn't have the new ones in yet.

Also, should I go in just to have my other coils checked out in my other car even though there is nothing wrong with them and its not throwing any codes, could I still ask them to replace it?

YES! There is a recall and they will inspect and replace them for free as necessary, but at least get them inspected for free. If you're lucky like me, they will just replace them all without even bothering inspecting [;)] Just got back actually, took them less than an hour even though they give you a standard 2 hour wait time. And no, I wasn't throwing any codes or having any problems either.
