Headlight sprayers (non S-line to S-line to DTM)

So as you know i'm going from a S-line to DTM front end. I have found out the S-line headlight sprayers don't work with the DTM! NO ONE TOLD ME!

So my quesiton, does the non S-line headlight washers mount right up to the DTM?

Yes they do. It's funny that you posted this after GGG2.0T texted me about the non-s to sline washers....and I know he bought your front end. My non-s fit my DTM front perfectly

I was talking with my tech's and they weren't sure since none of them have a B7 that have done this conversion. I just talked to garrett and told him i'm not sure and he was going to message you about it!

Audi has a retrofit headlight washer kit for the DTM front bumper, the part number is 8E0 098 101 A, it is found on diagram 097-00 for your parts guys, I sell them for $325.00 (I am not sure what all comes in the retrofit kit, but most likely it is the pump, hoses, washers, guide pieces and cover caps)

The individual parts numbers are (if you already have a washer kit that does not fit):

8E0 955 275 E GRU Cover Cap (left) $17
8E0 955 276 E GRU Cover Cap (right) $17
8E0 807 787 B Guide Piece (left) $4.50
8E0 807 788 B Guide Piece (right) $4.50
8E0 955 101 G Washer (left) $95
8E0 955 102 G Washer (right) $95

Sexican, what is your email, I will send you the technical data. Picture #1 is the guide piece, # 2 is the washer, both of those are different since they are unique to PR-VJ7

I have never actually looked at the retrofit kit but have sold plenty. Audi does not list the individual pieces, but based upon the price I am pretty confident that it is the pump, hoses, washers, guide piece and cover caps.

My New Years resolution is to actually start photographing parts for our website, we typically just ship and never even look at the stuff in the box.

I dont and i never use mine. I have put a plug in the headlight washers, but i need the jets to hold the washer caps

The OEM DTM front bumper comes with the washers and if your current bumper doesn't come with them you will need the jets, the black cap and cover (see pictures)

Me think id end up taking the washers out and sticking the covers in place :P Im not a fan really, dont like my bonnet covered in screen wash and tank emptying any faster than it already does

The part number for the tow hook cover is also different:

8E0 807 247 E GRU $20.20

Although I don't know if my non-sline tow hook cover would work just fine - can anyone confirm?

I just did this, from S4 to DTM and i had to buy 2 new Sprayers (8E0 955 101 G and 8E0 955 102 G) my old original dident work, looks totaly different :-( $$$

I have the original fitting manual (comes with 8E0 098 100 package) on .pdf if anyone want!
