Looking for 08-09 S8

Okay, so I probably shouldn't have sold all the goodies from my 07 S8 (MTMs and Milltek..) b/c now we've got to have another....

Looking for 08 or 09 model (like the LEDs) in White or Black Cherry with less than 10k miles. Must be loaded, have black or amaretto interior and no bad history (akky or paint.....).

Any leads would be appreciated.

Thanks. I should also say that if it's currently on eBay, cars.com duPont Registry, Audi USA, yahoo, aol and /or autotrader I've seen it. This particular car doesn't have full leather and has a light headliner. Must have options include, full leather, B&O, black headliner (or amaretto headliner with amaretto leather), sat rad and carbon fiber every thing else is a plus.

Needle in the haystack? Perhaps but they're out there.....

There use to be a white on, 08 i think, with very low miles up here in Portland. Was all over craigslist a while back. Been for sale for a while.

You should touch base with Bruce Mendel (posts on the QW and AW sites as Bruce M., normally on the D2 and allroad boards there). He's well connected with the major auctions for lease turn-ins and seems to be very good at finding excellent cars for people.

If mines ever tickles your fancy to the point of no return, it is available for you only :) I have no plans to post it up or offer it to anyone else. still has only 2900 miles :) small premium to pay I think for a white one with the exclusive options, MTM's and minor tasteful mods.... 87k baby and it's yours! LOL.

Panamera is a great driver from what I've heard around, but the jury is still out on the look. Doesn't do the trick for me. Been thinking of the next gen M5 though. Gotta see how it turns out. I was a big fan of the e39 but the e60 lost me....

[o_o] That red is too much for a S8 IMO. Got some pretty high miles there as well. Practically my twin option wise, except no frig. Even has the leather piped exclusive floormats, oohh.

Damn those Panameras are really starting to grow on me. The one you posted is incredible, as much as I love S8s I must say I'm drooling over the Porsche now.

Well, there are always other variables. 09's are always worth more, unless it has lean on options... I would not give up mines for a 09 on a even trade if it was brand new off the lot. I enjoy that it is at least a bit special/different in the right way for me :) Hence my hesitation to let it go. I like the white so much more than my Daytona grey.

just my opinion as a Porsche owner, give some thought to the ruffled seats.
check them out in person, see the smooth leather too, again my opinion but the ruffled seats don't look as nice and wrinkle very quickly.

I have to agree. When I was shopping for my 911 I tested a few with the "ruffled" leather and I found that they didn't hold up well over time(2-3 years from new). YMMV. I love the rest of the build though. Good luck!
