Fronts are 320x30; $79.15/ea (http://www.europaparts.com/audi-rotor-front-coated-320x30-8e0615301ad-zimmermann.html)
Rears are 288x12; $44.50/ea (http://www.europaparts.com/brake-rotor-rear-coated-288x12-8e0615601m-zimmermann.html)
Both are Zimmerman, which is a normal OE repalcement. Seeing as your car is a 2006, you'll probably want to flush the brake fluid as well (if you haven't already done so).

Is there a way to get cross drilled rotors that will drop right in? Basically just replace the stockers with out any need for brackets?
Something just like those two parts posted above but with some holes(cross drilled) in them

Yup, here's the front; $108.85/ea (http://www.europaparts.com/audi-rotor-front-cross-drilled-320x30-8e0615301ad-zimmermann.html). We don't have the cross-drilled rears on the website, but if you'd like I can check and see if we can get them.

Master Jedi, the force was weak in that one. The Darkside will have it's way with him, unless you intervene...

Probably should have done a little more research before making that selection. I've heard of a decent number of people having bad experiences with EBC pads (myself included) and those ECS rotors (especially the drilled/slotted) have a tendancy to warp and/or crack. However, if you don't really ever drive your car hard and/or get your brakes hot, you should be alright with that setup.

EBC Pads are great if you like a lot of noise coming from your "breaks" [:)]

i never had problems with my ebc pads, maybe i was just lucky. I hate squeaky breaks :D
p.s. once done, reply to this thread about how you feel about your new setup:
