BIG SoCal Euro meet was great. Thanks to the many people that organized this event and made it possible. And a lot more thanks for all the Euro drivers that made this possible...because without us this thing wouldn't exist!

It was a great opportunity to meet all the AudiZine folks...feels great to see the people behind the usernames.

Hopefully we can get something organized once again!

Yup, I agree with all of you. It was a blast. My first time at a meet and well, all I can say is that I am a proud member of the Audizine community. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, just the right environment to be in.

Too bad there was a little bit of traffic...but going back, we had to show our Audi weaving skills to the BMW's...

lol.

It was good seeing everyone again. I honestly dont think I even checked out any of the cars nowadays whenever I go to a big meet like this I'm there to see friends and old faces again and that always makes for some good times.

I agree! I went to the meet to kick it with friends and have a good time as well. Some good laughs, some good beer at Hooters, and, lots of toite-ass rides.

Most importantly thru Audzine, I met some cool peeps (Bernard, Dave@Eurocode, Ian, Joe, Lance, Paul, Phil, Alvin, Jose Marichan, Gary Valenciano, Susan Rosas, and pretty much the entire A Team and Coffee Shop Crew) to help tune my ride and kick it. That, my friend, is very cool.

Here's a sayin' that describes me and my Audi, "Tune it and drive it FUQQQin hard". . (*I own a 2001.5 A4 Avant. I have 94,506 miles on that mugg and I'm going to Disneyland) ha ha ha

I'm sure the next big meet will be hella fun too.

Holla'!!!

Nice seeing all of you guys. Unfortunately, I didn't check out the car show in the structure... but I DID have some good laughs talking shit w/ my Logitech Keyboard to a particular person w/ the DMP buddies. [:D]

It was nice to finally put a face to the screen names that I see on AZ.

To be honest Jeff, just the brief exhange that I heard, regading the talking shit incident, was pretty desperate and pathetic. Uncalled for. Very immature. I thought David handeled it well, even being outnumbered like 10 to 1. LOL At least no shots were fired. [:)]

It was cool meeting everyone, and putting a face to the names. Had some great conversations with people I had some arguments with on the forums and it was all good. Good to meet Oula (Fina4), Mike (Morgie) Austin (DVS18T) Anthony, Kim and Duan from AZ, and Jason from Stasis and good seeing you too Jeff. [;)] Always good to hang with my Brotha Silence as well. Good times.

BTW, got a chance to ride in Brian's car, AvantS4, two words; F'ing unreal, the fastest car I've ever been in. Thanks alot Bri! That's the last thing I needed [:D]

Back home in the Bay now, and just finally having a chance to catch up on the weekend's AZ that I missed... Boy I'm exhausted, what a weekend! Had a really good time, always nice to hang out with my SoCal brethren, don't get to see you guys enough. Was so great to meet the new guys too, well new in person anyway. The folks who I chat with (and moderate [;)]) on a daily basis, always good to meet and see ya'll in real life, and not just over this damn keyboard and monitor. And with all the new faces I met, there were still so many others I didn't get a chance to see. Once I got there around noon and set up the AZ tent (thanks BTW to those that helped me both assemble and tear down the tent, and for helping hang the signage) I didn't spend much of any time there the rest of the day. Was so busy walking around checking out the cars and vendor booths and shooting the shit with peeps. Sorry to all those that found the AZ booth unmanned, we'll have to make sure it's covered at all times at the next GTG/show.

Really did have a blast, too many people to thank and name...but I do want to thank Lon, Paul and the others with SoCal Euro that put this GTG together. Very well run, didn't feel overly controlled and stuffy. And hell it was free, with no cops to cramp our style!!! So glad the SoCal sun gods came though, couldn't have been a more beautiful Winter weekend. And of course thanks to Jeff, Garret and the guys at TF and GIAC for the hook. So far so good with the software, great product and exceptional customer service. Thanks guys! Thanks to Kim and Duan from helping me out, good lookin out on the nametags and pens even if the guys didn't quite use them right. I think next time we need to make them do it, and do it right! And a shout to Andy and Eric from Carrozzeria Design. Great to meet you and the others, and for taking the time to get together today as well for a tour of the shop and for making the photoshoot go so smoothly and quickly. Got some great shots that I just can't wait for the AZ'ers to see. Some fine automobiles indeed!

So yeah, everyone else, thanks for the friendly hospitality and good times. Really was a great weekend, and made the drive down truly worth it.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to stay there long due to a family emergency (father had heart surgery 3 days prior, and I had been at the hospital the whole time. It was nice to get out for a little while). It was nice seeing everyone and meeting a few new faces. Good seeing you Foo and nice meeting you, Foo's Girl (Love that GLI with them stagerred Rials!!).

Foo, this was the main reason I was reluctant to park my car under the AZ booth, plus, there were numerous B6 that were much more deserving than my car!!

Hopefully next time I can hang out the entire day, and meet more of you AZ'ers.

Anthony: Thanks for the Audizine stickers man...My car looks sweet now. My first "mod" - - application of an Audizine sticker on my window. LOL.

Ehh...what can I say, it drives a little faster now.

I saw some sweet rides with Audizine stickers...but unfortunately didn't have a chance to meet a lot of people. Being 17 and a fresh Audizine member, I guess I was a little bit shy. LOL.

Hopefully with the mini-gtg's that we're going to be having, we'll all get a chance to know eachother a little better.
