You could do what the rest of the world does.. Metal pipe and a wood baseball bat (thin end), Roll it against the tire.

Done it a couple times myself.

shoot me a pm. i know a guy who can do it for a good price. he rolled mine, s-power, hardhitter, asiana408, and drunknmunky408's fenders and they came out great. rolled and flared [:)]

Shoot I did mine with something similar to a metal pipe. It came out pretty good, and Im anal bout things. Just need to really take your time.
