Well after all these years and being active on this forum for a while now... i thought i will let you all see my baby and that she is all finally all done and up and running. This has been a long project and been ongoing for some time now but im glad that she is all good and strong now.
The set up consists of standard AEB motor and being converted to 2.0l
The parts that were used as follows...
VW 2.0l crank
Scat Conrods
JE 83.5 Custom spec pistons with true 7.5 comp ratio
Mains Girdle
Ferrea oversize Intake Valves
Ferrea oversize Exhaust Valves
Ferrea Intake Valves Springs
Ferrea Double Exhaust Valve Springs
Ferrea Intake and Exhaust Titanium Retainers
Ferrea Intake and Exhaust Titanium Seat Locators
Valve Guides and Seals
Valve Lifters
Camshaft Chain and Tensioner
Piper Race Camshafts
Eurospec Adjustable Camshaft Gear

The turbo and custom tubular manifold is all from the old set up and all have been tuned to suit with Autronic Sm2 with Autronic CDI supplying the spark.
The fueling is initially supplied by Walbro 255 in tank pump to Bosch Motorsport 044.
Car has also has got a treatment to a full S4 Drive train with custom Gearbox cooler powered by Tilton Pump.
All coolers are all custom made by PWR to suit this car with the sizing.

She is a daily driver and will stay that way for now... But further down the track she will most likely will be a weekend and a track car. Well here are the pictures of her and the build.
