1st one I know is my cat....2nd one? I've only been getting 240miles on a full tank (highway miles)

Probably a faulty map sensor. They are usually located on the intercooler. At least they are on VW intercoolers.

Op- is your car stock or what mods? what boost you seeing?

have you ever logged your car? you should log your AFR. i think you might be running a bit rich due to a bad MAP sensor

I agree I think it's the MAP sensor as well. I've been having boost issues the past 7 months where I was only getting 7psi (GIAC X-chip/stock turbo), now all of a sudden i'm holding at 15psi. Not 100% like my normal 20psi, but close. Not to mention my VERY poor gas mileage. I ordered a new MAP sensor last night.....hopefully it'll fix the problem. Thanks!
