I got two blue reps even though they are suposed to be green, is this user end thing or the forum?

You probably mean grey-ish... These are reps given to you by members that are still "newbies"... Their reps don't count towards your own point rep total.

Apparently I know only basic colors and it looked closest to blue [:D] [headbang]
I guess if they are member for less than 30 days then their rep doesnt count?

It's not based solely on one's join date, but yeah that's basically why some are gray rather than red or green.
