I am BT on a 97. I wish I would have started off with an 01. Reason is the software available for narrowband ecu's are ok but it is hard to get them working perfect. Software for the 01 and up is way better.

Aren't we just in the same boat. I know what I want, I just don't have the money right now [:p]

can you go apr stg 3 in a 97?

EDIT: went on apr website and found that they do offer the stg 3 package in 97.... if they can do this, and everyone says that the stg 3 apr package is very reliable, then cant i mimic this as closely as possible and be safe? or are their tunes extremely specific

Sorry for this -noob- question but does only a 2001 ECU with a wideband lambda create the possibility for going MAF-less?

Just curious, I'm making plans for swapping my AEB to an engine which is more BT capable.
